Saturday was a special day....

Finally us girls were able to get together!!! Way past due....and we missed you Laura. So, we all met up at Megan's Mom's house Saturday and headed to one of our high school friends son, Baby Edward Tate Nelson's funeral. Very sad, but very uplifting. The funeral was so positive, and we all agree that he is in a better place. Tate turned one December 6th, and passed away on Christmas Day. The Bethea and Nelson families have been in my thoughts and prayers ever since I first heard of the sad news. After the funeral we went to lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. Our re-uniting was short but sweet.....and it must happen more often!

Megan is so cute, she gave us all these adorable beaded hangers. The tag that was attached read, "I love hangin' with you! Merry Christmas! Love, Megan" You're so thoughtful, thanks again!
Next was my niece Calee's baptism. I hate to play favorites....but this girl has a special place in my heart. She makes me laugh so hard. You'd think she just turned 16; no, for real. Girl has attitude, and I love it. I tend to think it's all for show, cus she really does have the sweetest heart. Conway loves Calee, it's so funny to see Calee's tiny frame carry Conway around on her hip. He loves that she babies him....and I kinda like it too. We love you Calee, and are so proud of your decision to be baptised! After the baptism we headed to Davy and Syd's for dinner and to watch the BYU basketball game. They got a sub from Ned's in the shape of a number 8, so cute!
