(Animal LOVERS......might want to skip this one ;)
Last Christmas we got our kids 2 Queensland Heelers....so appropriate for the "farm," eh. Quincy named the female Annie (the blue one), after her favorite movie....and song, "Dumb Dog." Parker picked the name RJ (the red one) for his dog, after his favorite character on "Over the Hedge," the raccoon RJ. These two dogs really have been such good dogs, but today they pissed me, and the neighbors off ROYALLY! So as most of you know, we moved out to the "country," Gilbert/Queen Creek area. We're live on the "county island," whatever that means. So the dogs pretty much have free range. They LOVE it out here, and so do we. We don't lock the dogs up, or have a doggie run. We just basically let them roam....well I guess they stepped on a few toes this week. Big Ron (a grumpy neighbor) came over today and said that the dogs chased one of his horses into a fence, and he got "stabbed" by a piece of the fence. "It was a near death experience," or so he says. Was he being for real when he said we need to pay the $700 vet bill!?!? I had a hard time paying $140 for RJ to get neutered last week!!! Long story short, he told us we need to do something with the dogs cus he's not the only neighbor that's not happy. K-I am so NOT a dog person...I have 4 kids already, YES DOGS ARE LIKE KIDS! I refuse to feed them, water them, or basically TOUCH them (my husband and kids do all 3 of those things). Sorry to all you "animal lovers," out there. For one I'm SO allergic, and for 2 they are just TOO much work. So now we're in the process of finding a new home for our dogs, till we can get a "run" made or something. Any takers ;) This post is mostly for those of you considering getting a pet/kid (Summer Thacker ;).....poodles are way cute, but dogs really are SO much work. 
Quincy will probably be a Animal Trainer when she's older.
