our drive to az went quick this time. the passengers consisted of me, my kids and
stephanie (
lebaron) and her 2 girls. the mini van was cozy. we left around 5, and drove the flagstaff way. it took us right around 10 hours to get there. i never saw so many deer. i hate seeing animals at night while driving. my parents woke up to a
surprise in their
livingroom that morning. we arrived on
thursday, and come
friday is when the festivities began. hot
tubbing, sleep overs and donuts.
early
saturday i took the kids to
primary activity day at the church. where they learned about different countries. being part
japanese my family was in charge of japan.
anthony made sushi, tills showed off the kimono and my mom shared random facts about japan.
each country had different foods to try. the favorite was the coconut bread dessert thing from
samoa, which
hecka snuka taught. tills inhaled.
