the very next night was our ward party. there was also a byu basketball game on. parker stayed home and put tills to bed...cam and mele helped him. priorities. the kids ran around and went on hay rides, over and over again. then got toasty by the fire. we had cookies and hot cocoa and then peaced out.
the kids were getting confused about the whole "Santa" thing. they've seen him 2 nights in a row, and the dude didn't look at all the same as the night before. i had to explain to them that these aren't the real Santa, for these are just Santa's helpers. no questions asked.
