...i'll turn
28 on the 28th! although i was so tired saturday and really just wanted to sleep, i figured if i laid down i would sleep through my entire
birthday. so instead. i enjoyed
cupcakes that my kids frosted and decorated with aunt mele, went to
oregano's for dinner-and had a complimentary pizzookie, made a cvs run-or two, and
visited at my parents house-cake would be the following day.
sunday dinner was my choice. grilled chicken, corn on the cob, rice, french bread and salad. just a few of my favorite things. then it was on to bigger and better things....
dessert! we sang hbd to ben (june 27th), me (28th), little p (july 3rd) and justin (the 5th). my mom always makes my favorite. strawberry cake (from a box) with fresh strawberries. this year's creation was amazing.
it blew any other cake out of the water! whipping cream, blue berries, strawberry pure & fresh strawberries. almost in truffle form. and it was even better the second day! it was a great 27th!
predictions to be made at a later date. and as we leave for the cabin soon, the winners of the
"pay it forward" will have to be patient with me. so much has been going on (gc, b-day's, reunions, cali & more). i promise when i have a second, i'll get them mailed!
