Yesterday I had THE ULTIMATE "cheat day." So I guess it really started Sunday night when we had dinner over at Davy and Syd's....I had 2 good size portions of Syd's famous scalloped potatoes, salad w/ a little ranch and 3 helpings of broccoli, I did refrain from having a "fried ice cream" ball. I was really nervous for "weigh in." Monday EARLY (3am) I had a gut ache-I ate WAY too much the night before. I skipped my planned 5am workout. BUG. So 9am came and I was running behind.....or just scared to go. Anyway, I don't know how I pulled it off, but I WON AGAIN. I was the BIGGEST LOSER! I lost 4lbs, and took home $40. One of the girls in the group was giving out "free kids meal" coupons for Red Robin....and I got 4 (one for each kid-Tilley counts right). So my mind was basically made up for me. I had a few errands to run, but we eventually met up w/ my SIL Summer at Red Robin. I picked up Molly on the way, and then had to grab Tony (my bro.) to help. If you're all wondering....Gilbert is on fall break. All I really wanted was their endless fries-so freaking good. I love fries w/ ranch and buffalo sauce. Don't knock it till you try it! I did also split a Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap (spinach tortilla). It was SO GOOD. After RR, I needed something sweet......Nielsons will do. I haven't been in MONTHS! We got a peach concrete and a strawberry, and me and Tony and all of the kids shared. It was as good as I imagined it to be! I couldn't eat very much, since I had already had 2 full baskets of fries MYSELF! A few hours passed, and we were headed to Jon & Summers for FHE/BBQ. Yes I was still full from lunch....but did I continue to grub....better believe it. Dinner included: grilled chicken, left-over scalloped potatoes, apples w/ fruit dip......and remember those fried ice cream balls I skipped the night before. I HAD to try one. They weren't "worth it" but they were dang good. Needless to say.......all of this eating led to THE ULTIMATE STOMACH ACHE! Today I'm detoxing......lots of water....and way smaller portions of GOOD food. It was a good day yesterday. I will continue to have one "cheat day" a week....cus I think we all deserve it!
