I hope you had a wonderful Birthday today! I promise I didn't forget about you. We left the house really early this morning, and were gone ALL DAY. I tried to do your Birthday post at Davy & Syd's but I couldn't get the picture to show up. So I had to wait till we got home (8pm). I did see on your blog that Lee had a surprise party for you last night, so thoughtful and fun! We miss having you guys down here with us! We didn't get to see you that much this last time you were here :( I hope you don't freeze in that blizzard up there in Utah...and don't worry we're still roasting down here in AZ-92 was the high today! Parker is going to Lee's opening game so I will send your present over to Long Beach with him. We love you and miss you, and hope you got lots of Birthday kisses from your BOYS!
While you were blowing out candles Sarah, this is what what we were doing...Syd, Tony, Parker and I ran the "16th Annual Frank Kush Fun Run & Walk" (5K). It started at 8:30am (they started a little late), and it was already BURNING hot outside. Davy watched all of the kids, except Cons and Tilley. Conway did NOT want to stay, so Parker pushed the two of them in the jogging stroller (which is hard!). They were good during the run though, Tilley slept and Conway loved seeing all the doggies. I seriously think there were equal amount of dogs as there were runners-it kinda bugged. Overall it was a good run, a little hot and hilly, but it was fine. We all finished within a couple minutes of each other, which is always fun too. My favorite thing at the races is all the fruit they have waiting for you after...the orange smiles are my favorite! We'll be "lacing up" again November 22nd for the "Mi Amigo's Turkey Trot," ( 10K).....see some of you there! I'd love to one day run a 1/2 marathon....any words of encouragement?
