Good News, Bad News

So weigh in came very quick this week. It doesn't even seem like it's been a week since we first met. Anyway, so off I went this AM to take little P to school, then back to get weighed in. I didn't eat breakfast (which I NEVER miss), or have even swollow of water....I took food and water with me-to shovel in after I got on the scale. Anyway, I seriously was thinking the worst....I stripped down to a T shirt and spandex, and stepped on the scale with my eyes closed. Brookie (book-keeper) screamed, "OH MY GOSH!" I opened my eyes, and looked down......I lost 10 lbs, which obviously is the good news. I was THE Biggest Loser! I walked away with $40, taking 1st place out of 22 girls. The bad news is however, that I still have 30 to go. Yes folks, I hide weight well.....for those of you who think I don't have that much to loose, THANK YOU, you're all too kind....but really. 25-30, and I'll be happy ;) I just want you all to know, I NEVER skipped a meal. The key to weight loss isn't starving yourself, it's actually EATING, every 3 hours. I have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. And keep yourself hydrated....I drink AT LEAST a gallon of water a day! I didn't really keep track of my calories, but trust me I DID EAT....remember I do have a nursing baby. I was very strict, no sugar and no white flour, and LOTS of protien. I also worked out 4 of the 7 days. Anyway, 10 more LONG weeks to go....keep giving me food ideas and weight loss tips, they are very much appreciated by me and other blog readers!!! The above picture is the scale that I bought today at Target....with my winnings!
